Rehearsal Dinners

It’s just before the big day, and family and friends have gathered to toast the happy couple and share memories and laughter. You plan the event that fits your plan and your budget. From an open menu to a set menu or the buffet of your choice, plan your rehearsal dinner as part of your complete wedding package.

 Order from the menu
This option allows your guests to order from the menu with separate tickets, or a single ticket at the end of the event. Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to either option. (parties of 25 or less)
 Select two or three entrées for a set menu
This option allows you to control the cost for your event, by allowing you to select entrées and create a set menu of choices.

 Add some fun with a theme buffet
An evening under the Tuscan stars with our Italian Buffet, or tasty home cookin’ with the BBQ Buffet, our theme options allows you to set a festive mood!

 Create your own buffet
Work with our buffet choice selections, or meet with your catering representative to create the buffet of your choice.


Bridal Showers

How exciting, your friends are coming together for your Bridal Shower. Have your Maid of Honor or planning attendant contact our catering department to create a perfect setting for your shower.

Whether it’s a cake and champagne punch affair, a luncheon, or hors d oeuvres and wine event, our food and beverage director will match the menu to your shower theme and budget.

Set up is complete with a gift table and be sure to ask about our champagne fountain for an added festive touch!

Our Bridal Tea is an event of perfection. From delicate tea sandwiches to trays of savories and sweets, you select from delectable array of options. Tea poured from a majestic silver service is just the beginning of this delightful afternoon.

Whether your brunch is your primary wedding event, or your post-wedding gathering before friends and family embark on their journey home, Buckingham’s offers a variety of breakfast and buffet options. Our most stately brunch option:

Some additional services, other than those noted as “included” on your catering contract, may incur additional fees. Below is a partial list of available additional services. If you require a service not found in our catering packet, please do not hesitate to inquire. We will do our very best to meet to meet your every request.

Cake cutting and serving .50 cents per person
Includes, removing and boxing top tier. Portion cutting and plating of cake slices. Please note if you do not contract with for this service you will need to provide someone in attendance to cut and serve the wedding cake, and your own packaging for your cake top. We will provide plates only.

Colored Linens – colors other than standard colors offered by facility may incur a per person charge of 3.00 per tablecloth and .50 cents per napkin

Butlered Service – White gloved waiters to offer roaming tray service of hors d oeuvres for your cocktail hour or reception event. 25.00 per hour

Champagne Fountain $45 – does not include beverage. Beverage selection and cost will be calculated with your menu and noted on your catering contract.

Gift Table – clothed and skirted banquet table for gifts $15 Clothed and skirted cake table is included with reception set up.

Portable Dance Floor - $450

Audio Visual Equipment with Microphone – $125.00
